Make a straw Hoop Plane
The Finished Hoop Plane
Janel was successful in flying and making her plane today.
Today we made hoop planes. We wanted to test our hypothesis-Paper planes have wings and can fly better and further.
We needed to use our Mathematical skills and measure or thin card accurately.
Next we cut our 3 pieces of card the same length.
Making the card overlap was a test to reading the instructions carefully.
Attaching the straw correctly was another tip we learnt.
Watch our blog for our i-movies to see how successful we were!
